Digital Base Map one time charge includes 2 color and 1 B/W prints

Prints are any size with any combination of layers with any transparency.
Population under 2000 = $2000.00 / 1/2 sq. mile  or fraction/multiples
Population 2000+ = $2500.00 / 1/2 sq. mile  or fraction/multiples
Example: population 1000, area covered 1/3 sq. mile = $1333

Terms
1) We supply the high resolution color satellite map, you supply maps of streets, sewer, water, etc.
2) Submit signed form by US mail
3) You can include all water, sewer, plot, block, power, etc maps to be layered or wait until we have verified your estimated base map price. We will always verify the order before starting work.
4) Maps supplied to us must be at least legible
5) Any omissions by us that were in the original submitted maps will be corrected at no charge.
6) Any changes to the original submitted maps will be charged at $60 / hour to fix/add layers.  Much can be changed in 1 hour. Corrections of this type will be done after the original fee is paid but before the 3 included prints are printed.
7) Additions/corrections can be done at any time at $60/hr. Estimated lead time to print is 2 weeks after corrections received. Correction/additions can be made by US mail, fax, email/FTP image.
8) Actual map will extend 1/2-2 blocks beyond submitted size on all sides for notes, labels and other information. You are charged only for the submitted area for the digital base map. We will compact as much as possible to keep print size to a minimum.
9) Minimum charge is $1000 for digital base map and $80 for changes.
10) We keep the original digital map in digital form on file for future changes. You get only prints or B/W digital images on DVD but all the prints/images you need in any configuration. The digital map is too large and in a form that you could not use anyway.
